(CHRISTMAS 2025) A KALANTA A DAY: "PREPARE O BETHLEHEM"

🎄 In the countdown to Christmas we are posting a traditional Greek Christmas Carol or a Greek Orthodox Christmas Hymn a day. Today "Βηθλεεμ Ετοιμαζου" (Vithleem Etimazou - Prepare O Bethlehem), a Byzantine Christmas Hymn by Ψαλτριες (Psaltries - Psaltresses), a women’s Byzantine choir directed by Nektaria Karantzi. The Carol is part of the album "LÓGOS" (YouTube, Spotify). We shall post the music and  the documentary on Sunday Dec. 21. Karantzi founded the Worldwide Association of Women in Byzantine Music, the first official and largest membership platform. Details.
