(CHRISTMAS 2025) A KALANTA A DAY: CHRISTMAS CAROL FROM MACEDONIA

🎄 In the countdown to Christmas we are posting a traditional Greek Christmas Carol or a Greek Orthodox Christmas Hymn a day. Today "Χριστούγεννα Πρωτούγεννα" (Christougenna Protougenna - Christ the first born) a traditional Carol from Macedonia by Paschalis Terzis accompanied by the Estoudiantina Neas Ionias (link). The Carol is part of the album "Να τα πούμε;" (Na Ta Poume? - Shall We Sing?) from which we shall hear much more before Christmas Eve.  The Greek lyrics are available in the description.
