(CHRISTMAS 2025) A KALANTA A DAY: "COME AND SEE"

🎄 In the countdown to Christmas we are posting a traditional Greek Christmas Carol or a Greek Orthodox Christmas Chant a day. Today "Δεύτε Ιδωμεν" (Defte idomen - Come and see), a traditional Chant composed in 1926 and performed by Archimandrite Nikodimos Kabarnos and choir (YT Channel). English captions are available in the video. The choir performs all over the Orthodox and non Orthodox world in secular settings, from theaters to more sacredly colored events. The Kabarnos channel also streams liturgies celebrated by the Archimandrite at the Holy Church of the Ascension of Christ in Neos Kosmos, Athens at the foot of the Acropolis.
