In the countdown to Christmas we are posting a traditional Greek Christmas Carol or a Greek Orthodox Christmas Hymn a day. Today a traditional Carol from the Island of Kalimnos by Kostas Makedonas accompanied by the Estoudiantina Neas Ionias (link). The Carol is part of the album, "Xairois Endoxe Lazare" (Chairis Endoxe Lazare - Greetings, Glorious Lazarus) from which we shall hear much more before Christmas Eve.
