TUCKER ON NEOCON V. MAGA FEUD: "COUNTRY BEFORE TRIBE"

If you are like me, not an American and not raised Protestant, you'll probably have no idea of the Scofield Bible or the Seven Biblical Dispensations. You'll probably also fail to get what the entire hullabaloo in the social media is all about, with Neocons, Republican Jews and Zionist Christians for days now attacking Tucker Carlson in the most vicious manner for daring to talk to the juvenile loudmouth, Nick Fuentes. They made me sit through almost 2,5 hours of this blather, just to conclude there was nothing remotely shocking, racist or anti semitic in the interview. What it reveals is the reach of Israel's propaganda machine and how it abuses race as a means to deflect the criticism to which every country is entitled.

Jay Dyer, having run the gamut of available Christian denominations in his life, knows what he is talking about in refuting Christian Zionism, or whatever it is that Evangelicals believe.

What it looks like to me is a form of an exaggerated identification with a people they obviously admire, to the point of obsessive psychopathy. But apparently the issue is more complex than that.

Dyer's debunk is very interesting from the point of view of Biblical studies. The Christian Zionist heresy goes back to British imperial policies, which is also in Dyer's wheel house, but that is another subject altogether. 

It is to be hoped this feud dies down soon as it clearly serves ulterior motives and is totally boring.

Since drafting this post Tucker has apologized (but not really), the Director of the Heritage Foundation has caved as the spokesman resigned, and Ben Shapiro has issued a final warning. 

Somebody should some day address the issue why in the minds of many Christians, Christian values are universal, which evidently they are not. Forgiveness is a very specific Christian value and is not in the nature of any other. Why do we think that?
