TOMMY ROBINSON ACQUITED OF 'TERROR' CHARGES (UPDATES)

In the latest case of lawfare in the UK against political 'undesirables', Tommy Robinson has been acquitted of a terror-related trumped up charge after refusing to provide police with the PIN to his mobile phone during a stop on July 28, 2024. Tommy was driving to an airport to catch  a flight to Benidorm, Spain, when he was stopped by officers under Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000, which allows authorities to question individuals at UK ports to determine potential involvement in terrorism.

Update;

Nov. 4, 2025 Urban Scoop: JUDGE SLAMS POLICE: Targeted Me for My Beliefs – Tommy Robinson ACQUITTED of Terror Charges!

At Westminster Magistrates’ Court, District Judge Sam Goozee ruled that Robinson was not guilty of failing to comply with counter-terrorism powers.

In his verdict, the judge stated that he could not dismiss the possibility that the stop was primarily motivated by Robinson’s political beliefs rather than legitimate counter-terrorism concerns.

He noted that the officer’s decision to stop Robinson was based on a "protected characteristic," adding, "I cannot convict you".

Tommy is facing another trial in October 2026 that is even more insane than this case which could carry ten years in prison for the next offence.

Tommy writes: "It’s all lawfare, it’s targeted harassment  even if you win, then the process is the punishment. We fight on!"
