THE 20 MOST CONSEQUENTIAL EASTERN ROMAN EMPERORS
AI generated images are emphatically not art (this is), but it's a safe bet that someone will claim shortly that it is. Art is a human expression, not a prompt to a random collection of data in a glorified calculator. But as it is, this AI generated video is presenting an interesting overview of the twenty most consequential Eastern Roman Emperors. I avoid the term Byzantium if I can, because it is a 17th century German invention constructed to remove from history the fact that a Roman Empire pre-existed the Germanic Holy Roman Empire and survived until 1453. Western Rome was taken over by German tribes since its fall. Twice. The first time in AD 410 by the Visigoths and the second time in 1527 by the forces of Charles V, the 'Holy Roman Emperor'.

Apart of these observations I won't go into the descriptions of the individual Emperors and their history in this video.
Suffice it to say that the makers missed an opportunity to create a more Roman musical ambiance. So we're providing it here, with the compliments of Farya Faraji.
