REVERSED FOOD PYRAMID: EVERYTHING WAS WRONG! (UPDATE)

Basically everything they told us about nutrition and food in the last sixty years is wrong. I found out myself when I was diagnosed with diabetes 2, as so many others beside me. It has become an epidemic. That this modern condition is colloquially referred to as 'sugar' does not help for a better understanding of the problem: people start cutting their sugar intake, not realizing that fruits are almost pure sugar and that the body turns carbo hydrates into blood glucose, a sugar (link). And that is usually where the biggest problem is: in pastas, potatoes, rice, bread and every other product from grains.

Cutting out carbo hydrates from your diet for a few months will do wonders for diabetes 2, as does reducing meals to one or two a day over a period of 7 to 9 hours. Eating around the clock, not allowing your metabolism a rest, also wrecks havoc on your health.

Here's an idea to mitigate the effects of carbo hydrates. By the way, never re-heat food twice as the bacteria multiply exponentially at round 2!


It does not take a genius to work out that we are abusing our bodies. Weirdly enough, people do not associate health with what they eat!

But now there is a break through out of this vicious cycle. US Health and Human Services Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr has reversed the food pyramid to how it should be. 

Although some people with severe, but unclear conditions, like Jordan Peterson report benefits from a hundred percent meat diet, much of the problems people have are in the excesses. Watch: When Health Care Becomes a Weapon (link). 

If you are Eastern Orthodox you will know that sin is in the extremes. People are reporting benefits from regular fasting on Wednesdays and Fridays and during longer periods of time, like at Lent before Christmas and Pascha.
