(LIVE STREAM) PRESIDENT TRUMP HONORS CHARLIE KIRK

President Donald Trump is posthumously awarding the Presidential Medal of Freedom -- the highest civilian honor --  to conservative activist Charlie Kirk on October 14, 2025, which would have been Kirk’s 32nd birthday. The ceremony is taking place at the White House East Room, where Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, is accepting the honor on his behalf. Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA and a key ally in Trump's political student movement, was fatally shot on September 10, 2025, during an event at Utah Valley University (link). Update: Venue moved to the new renovated Rose Garden. Event scheduled to start at 4pmET.
