(LIVE BLOG) TRUMP LAWFARE TRIAL DAYS 19-21: BOMBSHELL IN MAR-A-LAGO DOCS CASE

President Donald Trump's 'hush money' trial in New York began on Monday April 15, 2024. Trump signed a perfectly legal non-disclosure agreement with porn actress, Stormy Daniels with whom he denied to have had any relations. Daniels said herself there was no affair and there is no case. Also the statute of limitations had lapsed. But in spite of it all the Biden Dept. of Injustice constructed a case that somehow a book keeping dispute was a cover up. The aim of the case is two-fold. First is to delegitimize Trump's first term -- if he is convicted they can claim he 'stole' the 2016 election, while also sabotaging his 2024 campaign at the same time.

* The lawfare on Trump lawyers and associates continues unabated (link) (link). Former Arizona GOP chair Kelli Ward was arraigned (link) yesterday, together with her husband. Their crime: questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election.
* Judge Cannon is furious with Special Counsel Jack Smith. She's putting him on trial in June and ordered documents to be made public.
* Mar-a-Lago documents case: apart of the bombshell on the deadly use of force, dozens of photos have been taken from the rooms of Melania and Barron (source). 
* In the New York hush money case, corrupt Judge Merchan removed the proof of intent as a standard for conviction. 

So yesterday afternoon Julie Kelly dropped a bombshell in the Mar-a-Lago documents case.

The FBI then staged the scene and took pictures that Jack Smith wrongfully used in court to frame Pres Trump in the fake documents lawfare case, while giving Biden a full pass on his decades worth of classified docs all over the place including sloppily by his corvette in his garage that anyone could steal. Democrats declared war on us and weaponized the full power of the justice system the minute they took power. They are trying to lock Trump up for life, are prosecuting over 400 Republicans across the country for fighting for election integrity in 2020, and are putting thousands of people in jail for protesting the 2020 election on January 6, 2020. Now Democrats are going after Justice Alito for an upside down flag being flown at his house. WE SHOULD ALL BE FLYING THE FLAG UPSIDE DOWN!!!" (source).

Correct! The upside down flag is a signal of distress. So it is entirely appropriate.

After Monday's hearing and the debacle with their star witness, Michael Cohen, the 'prosecution' rests. The defense will wrap up on Tuesday. Then the court is off until Memorial Day and will resume next Tuesday with closing statements.
