(LIVE BLOG) TRUMP LAWFARE TRIAL DAYS 15-16: TRUMP DEFIES GAG ORDER (UPDATE)

President Donald Trump's 'hush money' trial in New York began on Monday April 15, 2024. Trump signed a perfectly legal non-disclosure agreement with porn actress, Stormy Daniels with whom he denied to have had any relations. Daniels said herself there was no affair and there is no case. Also the statute of limitations had lapsed. But in spite of it all the Biden Dept. of Injustice constructed a case that somehow a book keeping dispute was a cover up. The aim of the case is two-fold. First is to delegitimize Trump's first term -- if he is convicted they can claim he 'stole' the 2016 election, while also sabotaging his 2024 campaign at the same time.

The House Republicans have to have their feet put to the fire continuously in order to get them into action. We now know that they're working for the 'donor and drafter class' exclusively. That explains a lot. For more, watch for an interview that Russell Brand had yesterday with Mike Benz (update: video).

Despite Mike Davis having a meeting have the House Republicans around May 1, Maria Bartiromo still had to lit up a backbencher on Fox Business.

Apparently you can only press the Republicans into action when Israel is involved. They finally filed Impeachment Articles against Biden.

Articles of impeachment have been filed against President Joseph R. Biden based on the Democratic Party’s sham first impeachment of former President Donald J. Trump. "In violation of his oath to faithfully execute the office of President and to uphold the Constitution, President Biden abused the powers of his office by soliciting a 'quid pro quo' with Israel while leveraging vital military aid for policy changes. This egregious action not only compromised the credibility of the United States but also undermined the interests of our longstanding ally, Israel.

Therefore, President Biden's conduct warrants impeachment, trial, removal from office, and disqualification from holding any future office under the United States," Rep. Cory Mills said in a statement. Rep. Mills, a Republican from Florida, formally filed the articles of impeachment against President Biden on Friday. The impeachment articles were triggered by Biden’s recent comments about withholding offensive weapons aid to Israel, which harkens back to House Democrats' first impeachment of former President Donald Trump.

Mills told Fox News Digital it was his "constitutional duty" to do so. His impeachment articles accuse Biden of "abuse of power.” "Joe Biden is pressuring Israel, our biggest ally in the Middle East, by pausing their funding that has already been approved in the House, if they don't stop all operations with Hamas. It’s a very clear message, ‘this for that,'" Mills said. “These are the same accusations made against President Trump, which resulted in his impeachment by Democrats. The same must happen for Joe Biden, which is why we’re drawing up articles of impeachment now."
