TUCKER CARLSON INTERVIEWS ROBERT F. KENNEDY JR

Last Friday Independent presidential candidate, Robert F. Kennedy (a.k.a. RFK Jr) threw in with the Trump campaign. Since then he has granted Tucker Carlson a wide ranging interview. They discussed the political re-alignment that is taking place right in front of our very eyes. We are watching history unfold in real time. Another important part of the interview is environmentalism. Given the radicalism of the issue on the Left and the rat-wheel of Hegel that is affecting politics as a whole, it was always difficult for the Right to take a balanced position on the issue. But now is the time to give it some thought.

In Greece opposition leader Kyriakos Velopoulos of the Elliniki Lyse Party last week started a crusade against the horror of giant wind turbines (link). Woodlands and farmland are being destroyed as we speak. It is remarkable how environmentalists are destroying the natural environment in the name of saving it. RFK Jr explains how that works.

As an Orthodox Christian you can't accept RFK Jr's theology, which is fairly typical for the horror of perennialism! He confuses the Creator with creation. According to RFK Jr the Christ had to spend forty days in the wilderness to discover his divinity"! But apart of that, on the technical details RFK Jr is spot on.

When asked about ideologies (referred to as 'orthodoxies'), turns out his epistemology is rooted in materialistic evolutionism. The totalitarian spirit calling for de-programming of opponents is not far off. 

What also fills me personally with apprehension is that in RFK Jr we are facing another Liberal Democrat who is unilaterally declaring his ideology the pan-ultimate universally, solely valid system of government. That makes him a free-will-denying utopist.

It is a very dangerous ideology, because it brought us exactly where we are today. If only because utopians have the capacity to elevate their ideals above anything else, thereby justifying just about any means to realize it. Already RFK Jr is equivocating BRICS alignment with totalitarianism.

We will have to see in how far he will be able to dominate the MAGA movement. With Tulsi Gabbard yesterday also joining the Trump team (link), and more and more former Democrats coming in, there is a risk of undue influence or even outright take-over. Apparently RFK Jr has been asked to sit on the transition team responsible for personnel.
