LIVE BLOG (2) DUROV CHARGED, FACES 20 YEARS INCARCERATION

Things are not going well for the causes of freedom in today's world, dominated by globalist empire builders whose Pretorian Guard called the 'blob' is there to protect its interests. Worst of all, they do so on behalf of 'democracy', after having changed its definition to mean, globalist institutions. When words are mere conventions, definitions can be exchanged freely without anyone particularly noticing, unless you are looking for it. Last night we were confronted with the latest attack on the uncontrolled flow of information with the Franks acting on behalf of the US blob arresting CEO and founder of encrypted messaging app, Telegram Pavel Durov, who happens to be of Russian origin. He runs his business from Dubai and ironically was awarded French honorary citizenship for his work defending the cause of Liberty. A more perfect image of today's world is hardly imaginable. Part 1

TCN: Tucker EP.94 with Pavel Durov of Telegram.

BRICS News account last night posted the details of the charges against Pavel Durov.

First let's separate facts from some of the rumors circulating.

Although the EU would be entirely on point of suppressing free speech based on the infamous EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and after Thierry Breton's threat against Elon Musk, the EU has officially denied any involvement in the arrest of Durov.

Given the DSA, the IT sector may not be interested in such nuances and turn its back to Europe as a whole, contributing to the further de-industrialization of the continent (link).

Although Macron would be perfectly capable of a sneaky act of betrayal of inviting Durov for diner and then have him arrested (link), the story sounds like fake news.

What is certainly reported to be a case of very sophisticated fake news (link), is the story circulating since last night that the government of the UAE has suspended the order in France for 80 Rafale jets supposedly reported by Al Jazeera. Maria Dubovikov has the time-line of the disinformation campaign (link).

Sputnik's report however is real enough: "The UAE is closely following the case of its citizen Pavel Durov, founder of Telegram, who was arrested by the French authorities in Paris–Le Bourget Airport, emphasizing that the UAE has submitted a request to the Government of the French Republic to provide him with all the necessary consular services in an urgent manner" (link).

The Duran have the latest on the situation.

Aug. 28, 2024 The Duran: Arresting Durov, taking control of Telegram.

Mike Benz has amply confirmed that what the blob wants is to control social media from within. In a separate posting we shall be dealing with developments regarding Fakebook and the Zuckbot.

TELEGRAM CEO FACES 12 COUNTS OF CRIMES

Today there's quite a bit of news to report on France's arrest of Telegram CEO Pavel Durov. Let's start with the rich source of information that is Alex Christoforou. France is holding Durov until Aug. 28. Telegram has reacted to the arrest of its CEO and founder.

Apparently US lawyer Robert Barnes joined his partner Viva Frei yesterday, going on the record that holding a platform responsible for the abuse of its users is a legal monstrum (link). It's what you get when politics overpower every other consideration, including philosophy and common sense.

Aug. 26, 2024 Alex Christoforou: Missiles rock Ukraine, air defense diverted to Kursk, lights out. From 12:50 mark: Durov tried to stop plane landing.

Mike Benz, Executive Director of the free speech watchdog, Foundation for Freedom Online (website) has confirmed Alex's assertion that the blob wants to install their censors actually within the physical confines of social media companies to make sure their 'transatlantic flank attack 2.0' is executed to perfection. If you are not aware of Benz's work, please read the primer first.

Sputnik is reporting that Durov is suspected of twelve crimes after his arrest in Paris, including allegations of enabling drug trafficking and money laundering on the platform.

Critics, including Elon Musk and Edward Snowden slammed the arrest as a politically motivated attack on free speech, while Macron defended it as "upholding the rule of law."

Durov's commitment to privacy and resistance to government surveillance have put him at the center of a fierce battle over freedom and control.

German MEP for the AfD, Christine Anderson is reacted furiously to Durov's arrest.
