Lira was an American citizen of Chilean extraction based on Kharkov. Biden nor the State Dept. lifted a finger to get Lira deported to the US. Given his work they probably were the instigators of Ukraine going after Lira anyway.

Gonzalo Lira just died today in a Ukrainian prison for the only crime of being a journalist who wanted the World to know about the true nature of Ukraine Nazi regime.
