(LIVE BLOG) LAWFARE: CALLING OUT THE SUPREME COURT

The US Supreme Court is expected to come down with a number of crucial decisions this week that are eagerly await by many. The Chevron case pertains to the administrative state and its status. The Fisher case is expected to throw out a basic piece of legislation meant for the adjudication of financial fraud, on which January 6 convictions are based. The wrongful application of this law is also part of the "classified documents" case against President Trump, currently subject of a court battle that is going very badly for the Special Prosecutor in the case, Jack Smith, Another important decision is in the offing on Presidential immunity. We will be breaking news as soon as important decisions are dropping, but these are not expected to happen before Friday, after the Presidential debate on Thursday.

June 26, 2024 War Room: Mike Davis Reports On 6-3 SCOTUS Decision With Barrett, Kavanaugh, And Roberts Joining Liberals In Declaring No First Amendment Violations Took Place When Biden Admin Pressured Social Media Platforms Into Censoring Covid Information.

Well, the first case has dropped and it is a dog of a decision. The Supreme Court has ruled that, practically, the government can continue pressuring social media companies to keep censoring.

 HOUSE FINALLY TAKING ON JANUARY 6 CASES

The fight to keep Steve Bannon out of a political jail cell is still raging, with the House leaving the filing of an amicus brief till the last moment. It may not be enough to prevent this infamous case of Biden lawfare to take to its bitter end (link), but the House has expanded its investigations to the actual lawfulness of the so-called January 6 Committee itself that was specifically installed to throw hundreds or Capitol Hill rioters in jail for decades and turn them into political prisoners. And that is just when we eagerly await as many as five crucial decisions by the Supreme Court.
