(LIVE BLOG) TRUMP LAWFARE TRIAL DAY 6: BANNON TO GOP, DO SOMETHING!

President Donald Trump's 'hush money' trial in New York began on Monday April 15, 2024. Trump signed a perfectly legal non-disclosure agreement with porn actress, Stormy Daniels with whom he denied to have had any relations. Daniels said herself there was no affair and there is no case. Also the statute of limitations has lapsed. But in spite of it all the Biden Dept. of Injustice constructed a case that somehow a book keeping dispute was a cover up. The aim of the case is two-fold. First is to delegitimize Trump's first term -- if he is convicted they can claim he 'stole' the 2016 election, while also sabotaging his 2024 campaign at the same time.

BRAGG: TRUMP VIOLATED GAG TEN TIMES

African White House Correspondent Simon Ateba asks a pregnant question many people have: "I’m not a lawyer so kindly help me here. The gag order issued by Judge Juan Merchan prohibits Trump from discussing witnesses among other people. However, those witnesses are still able to appear on podcasts and cable news shows to criticize him without consequence."

"If Trump responds to their criticisms, he is violating the gag order. Additionally, they can freely slander or attack his own witnesses without facing any restrictions, as there is no gag order imposed on them. My question is, since I am so new to the legal system, how’s that a fair system? How’s that not seen as election interference as Trump is alleging? How is that not dictatorship?" (link) 



Now here's an interesting thread about the roles of Stormy Daniels and 'star witness' Michael Cohen who conspired to blackmail President Trump. Cohen went to jail for lying. Daniels wrote a letter stating the affair between her and Trump never happened. She only had an affair with Cohen. This is just one huge farce.
