(LIVE BLOG) TRUMP HEADING FOR GEORGIA ARREST AS REPUBLICAN FIELD COLLAPSES (UPDATE)

The legal status of the witch hunts against President Trump changes by the hour. The tally stands at 91 charges, good for some 700 years in the dungeon. We don't propose to post day to day updates on all the farce going on in the various imperial courts. But Thursday August 24 marked a special day, if only because of the breathtaking corruption of the authorities in question and the extraordinary lengths they will go to, to make life for their political opponents as miserable as possible while campaigning and fundraising on the issue. The arraignment in Atlanta, Georgia of eighteen codefendants, among whom Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Constitutional scholar John Eastman, was concluded on Wednesday.

With a Federalist judge elevating a post civil war article to a new legal theory that declares President Trump an insurrectionist, we have reached a new low in treason. The Federalist was the organization that vetted Supreme Court candidates for the first Trump administration. Constitutional scholar Allen Dershowitz has made mince meat of the effort. Article 14 clearly uniquely  references the civil war. Moreover, President Trump has already been cleared of insurrection by the Senate.

Codefendants Rudy Giuliani and John Eastman arrived yesterday in Atlanta. Both these men are national heroes. Giuliani played a special role during the 911 drama. He famously locked up the five crime families of New York City in text book racketeering cases. These men deserve a medal, not a jail conviction! It illustrates with whom we are dealing here. 

The guys of The Duran were going over the Fulton County indictment for another time. They still don't see how there could be a case there. As a measure how bad this is, a comparative case from ancient Rome in 140BC marked the beginning of the end of the Roman Republic. If that is not ominous enough, I don't know what is.

The failed District Attorney of Fulton County (Atlanta), Fani Willis, insisted on a $200,000 Bond from me. I assume, therefore, that she thought I was a “flight” risk - I’d fly far away, maybe to Russia, Russia, Russia, share a gold domed suite with Vladimir, never to be seen or heard from again. Would I be able to take my very “understated” airplane with the gold TRUMP affixed for all to see. Probably not, I’d be much better off flying commercial - I’m sure nobody would recognize me! Investigative journalist John Solomon reported yesterday on his website, Just The News that new State Dept. memos he obtained are illustrative of the lies that enabled the Democrats to proceed with the first impeachment of  President Trump.

Just weeks before VP Joe Biden took the opposite action in late 2015, a task force of State, Treasury and Justice Department officials declared that Ukraine had made adequate progress on anti-corruption reforms and deserved a new $1 billion US loan guarantee.

It conflicted  directly with the long-held Democrat narrative that Biden was conducting official US policy when he threatened to withhold a $1 billion U.S. loan guarantee to force Ukraine to fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.

At the time the threat was made by Biden in December 2015, Shokin’s office was investigating Hunter Biden's employer, Burisma Holdings that paid Hunter millions while his father was VP.

But the State Department deemed Burisma to have been engaged in corruption. Burisma was putting pressure on Hunter Biden to deal with it. Burisma had hired him as the son of the US VP, just to deal with that sort of thing. (More on Just The News). 

Instead of praising the Prosecutor for his anti corruption drive, Biden presented him as a perpetrator of corruption that needed to be fired before the US would proceed with the loan guarantee. Where is Shokin going to go to get his ruined reputation back?
