(LIVE STREAM) PRESIDENT TRUMP PRESS BRIEFFING

We are awaiting President Trump's press briefing to be held in the White House at 1pmEDT. RSBN coverage starts at 12pm EDT. Over the Easter weekend the President commanded a 'Mission Impossible' style rescue operation of two airmen shot down over Iran. The President posted a number of messages containing warnings, reiterating the deadline of April 7 at 8pmEDT addressed to the Iranian leadership. The briefing was originally called for 8pm today, but was later moved to 1pm. Iran's leaders have publicly dismissed the ultimatum, but Trump told Fox News there's a good chance that private talks will reach a deal today and avoid further escalation.
