LAWFARE: HIGH STAKES IN THE BATTLE OF THE BLACK ROBES

There are various court cases of note running in the US concurrently. We'll jumble them altogether here. What these cases have in common, are their political implications. They are either civil cases against liberal media entities or Democrat criminal cases against political opponents, notably President Trump. They're all very much related to the Biden Police State (link). Some are pertaining to the 2020 presidential election fraud perpetrated in various US states. Some of these are finally coming to fruition. You can suppress the truth for a long time, but facts have a nasty habit of resurfacing sooner or later. Zero hour is approaching.

* Musk/TwitX v. Media Matters
The first case of note is that of TwitX CEO Elon Musk who has started a civil case against Democrat media activist entity, Media Matters and its director, David Brock. Musk isn't the only one suing Media Matters: Texas AG Ken Paxton opened a fraud probe into Media Matters (more in National Pulse) and the Missouri AG  investigates allegations that Media Matters created accounts and gamed servers for hit piece targeting X (more on The Post Milliennial).

The director of Media Matters, David Brock was one step removed from the target of an infamous social media allegation dating back to the Obama years, dubbed Pizzagate. It implicated his partner James Alifantis, owner of Comet Pizza in a pedophile hoax that now turns out, maybe wasn't.

* Biden regime v. Donald Trump
The most noteworthy criminal court cases of course are the politically motivated, trumped up charges against Donald Trump, four in all and good for two hundred years in the slammer. A subcategory are the gag orders. As Julie Kelly remarked "it is truly stunning to hear three Democratic appointed judges contemplate what Donald Trump can and can't say under a gag order imposed by another Obama appointee at the behest of a Democratic attorney general and Jack Smith."

* Trump Media Group v. twenty mainstream media
Donald Trump's social media platform, Truth Social has filed defamation suits against various mainstream media outlets, twenty in all. In the complaint the Trump Media Technology Group (TMTG) is seeking billions in damages from various mainstream media for falsely reporting losses.

* Biden regime v. Derek Chauvin
Another criminal case with severe political implications is the trial of police officer Derek Chauvin in the George Floyd murder, that Chauvin now says was politically motivated with autopsy results allegedly doctored by the FBI. Derek Chauvin calls his trial a ‘sham’ in first interview from prison. New documents shows FBI could have modified Floyd's autopsy report (more in The Post Millennial

* Various Republican candidates v. voting machines
Mike Lindell, the MyPillow guy is happy that his crusade against electronic voting machines finally has had a break-through. A federal judge in Georgia has set a trial date for the case on whether the state's voting machines are prone to cybersecurity issues. The plaintiffs argue that the machines could impact voters' ability to effectively cast their ballots. This would be in violation of the US Constitution. US District Court Judge Amy Totenberg set the bench trial date for Jan. 9, 2024. The lawsuit was filed by the Coalition for Good Governance, which is an election integrity advocacy group, and several individual voters.

* Texas AG Ken Paxton v. Pfizer and Tris Pharma
In a category of its own is the brand new case of Texas AG Ken Paxton against Pfizer and Tris Pharma. His Tweex speak for themselves.
