CAN GREEKS SURVIVE THE ERA OF WOKENESS?

For all his accomplishments on the economic front, the policies of Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis (Wiki) and his ruling New Democracy party are rapidly emulating the worst policy decisions of liberal-democrat Governments in Europe and the US. Ever since he won re-election as PM in June 2023, alert observers noticed his proposals are becoming increasingly radical. From that moment on Greece is seen to be following the worst examples of 'woke rule' anywhere in the Western world. The signs were already on the wall during his first term in office. Greece abandoned its historical and traditional ally Russia, in favor of Project Ukraine. Ever so often there's talk of proposals to legalize gay marriage (link) in the staunchly traditional, Orthodox country. Under international pressure the frequency of hosting new illegals in reception centers on the Aegean islands and on the mainland, is occurring with frightening speed.

Greeks in the diaspora were given voting rights in elections, whether they got skin in the game, or not. But today Mitsotakis is going even further, proposing the introduction of mail-in voting and misrepresenting it as the norm in many countries. The election fraud in the US in 2020 is a testament to the sheenanigans only made possible by mail-in voting.

If this proposal is accepted by the Vouli (parliament) we can state with certainty that the June 2023 elections were the last in the country with any measure of legitimacy. Yes, it's that bad!

To make matters worse, voting machines are also part of the proposal. If there is one thing worse than mail-in voting, it's voting machines. A single blog post can do no justice to the amount of fraud that the proponents of voting machines (with or without the participation of Big Tech) have to offer (link). 

The problem with the Mitsotakis Government is not that it has sold out Greek interests, not yet at least; but it will get there. We learn from above video interview at the WEF in 2020, just into his first term in office, that Mitsotakis is an Ivy League educated hater of 'the power of populism', which explains a lot. 

The Mitsotakis Government is extremely 'neoliberal' and globalist in nature. PM Mitsotakis has yet to see a transnational cabal he does not like! He follows them blindly, case need right into the abyss. He lauds the accomplishments of the 'international rules based order' on a daily basis without any consideration for its faults as a platform to global tyranny.

An exaggeration you think? Look at two items picked today from the home page of I Kathimerini, a legacy, mainstream, English language news outlet about the attacks of the Mitsotakis Government on the family. 

* Deputy minister rejects link between sex education and suicide (link)

"Sex education is a right of children and adolescents and the state has an obligation to provide it, Deputy Education Minister Domna Michailidou has told Parliament, rejecting claims from an opposition MP that the subject contributes to divorce, suicide and abortion. Responding to calls to abolish the teaching of sex education in schools from the religious-fundamentalist Niki party (...)"

The key to all this, is of course the old Marxist equivocation of rights and privileges. But that aside. Sex education is primarily a private matter between parents and their children! We saw in the US that sex ed is a gateway for activist teachers and school officials for the indoctrination with politically motivated gender dysphoria and other so-called 'alternative life styles'. We know exactly where this will end. With school psychologists! Read on...

"Pupils will soon have the option to seek assistance from school psychologists without requiring parental consent, thanks to legislation currently being prepared by the Ministry of Education. The objective is to encourage children to open up about their issues, thereby facilitating the identification of incidents involving child abuse."

This is the second stage of the student road to perdition. After politically motivated educators have done their worst, it's up to the school psychologists to deliver the final blow. Parents in the US have let this happen and are now facing an uphill struggle how to remedy the situation. 

Because as now turns out, school psychologists are the gateway to the chemical poisoning of primarily adolescent boys. Some experts see boys on entire cocktails of drugs as responsible for the fatal school shootings in recent years. But it doesn't stop there. 

Not to speak about the horror of kids talked into gender dysphoria and put on hormones and puberty blockers in preparation of the most horrible sexual mutilations and transgender procedures imaginable. A healthy and happy life will be forever out of reach for these poor kids.

The whole thing is criminal! A few years from now we will look back and wonder what got into us that we let this happen to our kids. And it all started with politically motivated assaults on the family, by their own Governments -- with 'the best intentions in mind', that goes without saying, 

Greece has not yet reached the level of liberal insanity most north-western European countries and North America sunk into. Due to their specific Christian Orthodox world view Greeks are fundamentally less susceptible to the pitfalls most Westerners fall into. But they never reckoned with liberal Governments hating their own peoples and cultures.

The Mitsotakis regime is not there yet, but we know how this book ends. Let's pray that wiser heads will prevail. There is a beautiful, sotirological role here for the Orthodox Church. Once again the faith can help save the great Greek nation from a horrible fate, foisted on it by the depravities of the West.
