US AMBASSADOR TO GREECE, KIMBERLEY GUILFOYLE RESIGNS

President Trump for his part has other fish to fry, mere weeks from the midterm elections. He has no time to sort out the sordid details of this hitjob so close to crucial elections.
The latest hype is that Guilfoyle is working on a tell-all book about the Trump family which is why they had to get rid of her. As Don Junior's fiancee and in various capacities in the political campaigns she had access to unique information. I'm sure the Trumps never thought of having her sign non-disclosure contracts.
US Embassy in Athens: What comes next after Guilfoyle’s ouster? https://t.co/ECvg3iplxY

🇺🇸🇬🇷 Josh Huck: The American Diplomat Expected to Temporarily Lead the U.S. Embassy in Athens Following Kimberly Guilfoyle’s Departure Josh Huck, a seasoned career diplomat and Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Athens, is expected to assume temporary leadership of the American diplomatic mission in Greece following Kimberly Guilfoyle’s resignation. The development comes after the White House requested the U.S. Ambassador’s resignation amid allegations reported by The Wall Street Journal concerning her financial dealings and conduct. Guilfoyle has strongly denied the allegations. Who is Josh Huck? Huck brings extensive experience in American diplomacy, with significant expertise in the geopolitical dynamics of Southeastern Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean. He previously served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, overseeing U.S. policy toward Southern Europe and the Caucasus. He also held the position of Director of the Office of Southern European Affairs at the State Department, covering Greece, Cyprus, Türkiye, and Malta. Throughout his diplomatic career, he has served in key U.S. missions across Europe and Asia, including Tokyo, Shanghai, Sofia, Rangoon, Taipei, and Hong Kong. Huck holds a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University, a master's degree from the International University of Japan, and a certificate from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Bologna, Italy. The Next Chapter in U.S.–Greece Relations Having previously served as Chargé d’Affaires in Athens before Kimberly Guilfoyle’s arrival, Huck is familiar with the diplomatic landscape and the strategic priorities shaping relations between Washington and Athens. His expected appointment as interim head of mission does not constitute a permanent ambassadorial nomination. Washington will now face the task of selecting its next ambassador to Greece at a time when bilateral strategic cooperation, energy security, defense partnerships, and geopolitical developments in the Eastern Mediterranean remain central to the U.S.–Greece agenda. 🇺🇸🇬🇷 A diplomatic transition in Athens as Washington prepares for the next chapter in its relationship with Greece. #JoshHuck #KimberlyGuilfoyle #USGreeceRelations #Diplomacy #USEmbassyAthens

Greece possesses an incredible reservoir of soft power. This was most clearly demonstrated by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s speech at the Pnyx. https://t.co/3cLW203ktM

Where are the corrections? The follow-up articles? The apologies? Last week, the media piled on @kimguilfoyle. Now that the allegations are clearly BS, suddenly it’s crickets. They’re counting on us having a five-minute attention span. Don’t give them one. 👇👇

I love how people who have never met Kim Guilfoyle or her billionaire shipping tycoon accuser, Nick Tsakos, and know absolutely nothing about Greek shipping are suddenly lecturing ME about both of them. I’m a ship captain. I’ve covered the shipping industry for 20 years, have dozens of contacts in Greece, and have personally met BOTH people. I’ve reported extensively on Guilfoyle’s work advancing American maritime interests. I’m also privy to some of the work she’s doing behind the scenes to help end two wars. Yet complete strangers on X are confidently telling me they know more about two people I’ve been reporting on for years. They’re telling me I’m 💯 wrong for even SUGGESTING that perhaps Tsakos isn’t telling the truth. And what compelling evidence have these self-appointed experts uncovered? Someone on X who knows absolutely NOTHING about shipping told them Guilfoyle has too much Botox. HOW DARE I even suggest she *might* be innocent until proven guilty. Case closed, apparently. 🤦♂️ Ya’ll are absolutely kukuklok deranged. THIS IS A MARITIME STORY PEOPLE You don’t have to trust me but absolutely stop reading DC gossip rags and go follow someone like @mercoglianos or my competitor @tradewindsnews

I realize @kimguilfoyle rubs plenty of people on the right the wrong way. Her outfits, her ex-husband, her flamboyantly gay staff. Personally, I think she’s the best ambassador we’ve had in years. But my opinion isn’t the point. The BIG problem is what happens when an administration starts caving to mainstream media hit pieces. Every scalp emboldens the press to hunt bigger game. People dismissed my concerns when Dan Caldwell was pushed out of the Pentagon. Dan was a relatively minor figure. Most Americans had never heard of him. But the media wanted his head, and they got it. What happened next? They went after a their #1 target: @michaelgwaltz, one of the smartest, most capable, and most consequential appointments Trump made. And they got him, too. You don’t have to like Kimberly Guilfoyle to understand the danger here. The moment you start letting your globalist controlled media decide who serves in your administration, you’ve handed them a veto over your own personnel. And losing Waltz wasn’t just a political setback. It was a genuine loss for the country. Nobody really cared if Caldwell (since fully exonerated) stayed or went. Fine. But then Waltz was hit. Nobody really cares that Guilfoyle got axed. Fine. But now they have their teeth in the Chief of Staff’s jugular. How is this not obvious to everyone???
