(LIVE BLOG) FARMERS PROTESTS: URSULA BACKS DOWN (NOT REALLY, WINK WINK)

The German farmers protests have now engulfed the entire EU, with demonstrations as well in the US and Canada.  In the latest developments British farmers have now joined their continental brothers. Today we saw the farmers descending on a summit of EU leaders in Brussels. The demands are not the same everywhere. But a large chunk of the grievances are high production costs due to high fuel prices caused by anti Russia and net zero policies. But Alex Christoforou is reminding us of an issue at play in Eastern Europe, primarily in Poland and Hungary. Hungary's PM Viktor Orban is the only EU leader supporting the farmers, so there...


Separate but related. The EU's former climate pope we discussed yesterday, is presently in line to become the new Dutch PM as Geert Wilders' efforts to form a right-wing Government coalition collapsed as a minor party -- thought to be an opposition plant - pulled out of the talks.

On the danger of being called a conspiracy theorist, one can see how this whole exercise lasting almost three months, may well have been coordinated theater. Wilders is presently scoring 52 seats out of 150 in the polls.


More details are transpiring about Ursula's speech in Strasburg yesterday. Even the Russian Foreign Office spokeswoman Sakharova has been commented as follows:

"The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, blamed Russia and climate change for the problems faced by European farmers on strike recently. This is a powerful twist. It’s unexpected, but pleasant that we also control the entire climate on the planet. EU farmers are lost against this background - apparently, the tricks of preschool 'Russian hackers'. Interestingly, is the Earth’s axis also shifting at the behest of Moscow?"

The EU is ostensibly backing down on Net Zero targets for agriculture, including drastic cuts in fertilizer and pesticide use and a recommendation that people eat less meat, following widespread protests from farmers. But this is just a delay until after the June elections. 

Dutch independent MEP for the European Conservatives and Reformist Party (ECR) in a speech revealed that as the Euro Elections of June are approaching in which the climate czars are expected to lose heavily, the Commission is trying to push through its most radical climate policy yet: reduction of CO2 by 90 percent by the year 2040 (link). We are not out of the woods yet, not by any stretch of the imagination.

URSULA BLAMES CLIMATE POPE COMMISSIONER 

With farmers protests continuing unabated across Europe, it's about time for our psychopathic overlords to do what they do best: making U-turns and throwing their former colleagues under the bus. We can gleen from Dutch news outlets that Commission President Ursula von der Leyen today in a speech at the Strasburg Parliament threw her former Commissioner for climate politics under the bus, stating that farmers are the salt of the earth and worthy of "a better business case" (or words to that effect).

Former Commissioner Frans Timmermans is currently leading the decimated socialist party of the Netherlands into the ground. She accused her former Commissioner and his sergeant, Diederik Samsom who is a former climate activist, of needlessly polarizing Europe's farmers. In other words, this has nothing to do with the policies; he made the farmers angry! See how that works?

Details are getting more clear. The Commission has dropped key policies in a proposal for a new 2040 goal for cutting greenhouse gas. So this has nothing to do with policies already in place! 

The story is still developing, but the signs are unmistakable: our psychopathic overlords are on the retreat.

Since the German farmers protests are continuing and broadening to various other economic sectors, we are done with the updates and turned to a live blog. Germans do not move easily, but if they move, they never stop. Guess they are completely done with the green-socialist-libdem coalition. There have been rumors for some time now that Olaf Scholz will be replaced by his Minister of Defense. Main stream legacy media are silent. They fear it spreading internationally and losing control of their power. Their fear is not without ground.

 REPORTS OF POLICE AGGRESSION


The protests have grown to a massive buildup as tens of thousands of farmers supported by truckers begin the push to Berlin. Hundreds of thousands are expected to march in Berlin today in what could be the largest demonstration seen to date. 






Alarming developments as police aggression escalates against farmers and their allies.  In a disturbing turn of events, there are increasing reports and undeniable evidence of police brutality targeting farmers and their supporters. This raises a grave concern about the lengths to which the globalists will go to maintain their grip on power, especially when they perceive it to be slipping away. 

It's a foolhardy move to resort to aggression, one that is bound to backfire, sparking even greater support for the cause of the farmers. In the face of this adversity, the resilience and determination of those standing up for their rights shine even brighter. Their struggle is a stark reminder of the dangers posed by those who seek to control and suppress.

GERMAN FARMERS AGAINST UN 'EAT BUGS' CAMPAIGN

Yesterday we already reported on the farmers protest in Germany (link), which has now gripped the entire country. Farmers, truckers and civilians are united in rebellion against the globalist Government and its commanders-in-chief in the EU and the UN. The people of Germany have woken up! Polish and Dutch farmers and truckers have joined their colleagues in Berlin and other regions in Germany. Although there is no issue more basic than our food supply, it is so much broader than just the people who produce it. It can all be reduced to the global environmentalist zealots who don't like how we feed ourselves. Meat consumption has to be phased out and bugs and insects will replace cattle as our main source of protein. It fits entirely with the philosophy of the globalist climate zealots laid down in the UN's Agenda 2030 program, in which humans and their activities must be relegated to a few urban centers, enabling nature to have free reign in the rest of the territory.


Now you could be excused for thinking this is all the fault of the proxy war in Ukraine, or easier still, blame it all on Russia. But this would have happened anyway. Because well, fuel is evil...

Translation: This overview illustrates the government's plunder: in 2023, extorted taxes in Germany rose to a record high of 916 billion, almost doubling since 2009. In the meantime, the population is no longer able to make ends meet and is going under.
