Terrorist attack on a concert hall in Moscow with 137 dead, including three children and over a hundred wounded. After prayers for the people affected by this horror, let the speculations begin. Per usual there is a sharp contrast between the perspectives from the West and the East.
Eh, oh. This might be it.

March 23, 2024: Russian News: We will punish everyone who stands behind the terrorists! Putin, Russia.

While the West is fast to point the finger at ISIS -- a little too fast, given also that ISIS is their creation and indeed fought on the same side in Syria -- in Russia the first obvious thought goes to Ukraine. Whereas Americans are fast to absolve them.

The recent warnings to Americans and Europeans to avoid going to concerts in Moscow, seem to point to Western foreknowledge. According to Avgerinos Thanassis @AvgerinosMoscow, Russia and Eurasia correspondent since 1993 and publisher of Greek 'Ellada Free Press', is reminding us of the announcement on March 7 by the US Embassy in Moscow, warning of an imminent attack by extremists on the concert venues.

The attack took place fifteen days later. The Russians asked for explanations at the time where such specific knowledge came from and on what basis  the Kiev as the perpetrator is excluded?

The president of Serbia, Vuchich has pointed the finger at Great Britain, the main opponent of Russia, especially with regard to Islamist terrorism in general, as it is not at all improbable that the natural perpetrators are accomplished Islamist killers, many of whom are fighting as mercenaries, along with Russian neo-Nazis, on the side of Kiev.

Eleven men, all Tajiks, gave been arrested after a short man hunt.

The initial footage of the suspects shows a man who seems to have written 'stooge' all over his face. According to 301 Military @301military one of the detained terrorists, revealed during interrogation that he was contacted by a certain 'assistant preacher,' whom the militant had been following on social media.

The detained individual was offered 500 thousand rubles to kill as many people as possible. The location was anonymously disclosed through Telegram, and the weapons were also provided by the mastermind of the attack. The terrorist got 250 thousand rubles before the assault.

Of course these terrorist attacks do not have to be particularly successful, except where ISIS is concerned. The fact it happened is enough in the case of a false flag or an act of provocation.

The likes of Alex Jones, Jack Posobiec and Jay Dyer think it's a classic Gladio 2.0 attack. I'm sure one of them will be posting a video with their thoughts before long.

Mikael Valtersson @MikaelValterss1 former officer in the Swedish Air Force and member of the Sweden Democrats, currently acting as a political and military analyst has provided a short analysis.

If there are any Western connections with the terrorists the situation will escalate. There are suspicions about the fact that the US warned its citizens a couple of weeks ago for being in Moscow due to the risk of terrorist attacks.

If Ukraine has any connections with the terrorists the answer will probably be very hard. It could also be a reason for a large scale mobilization and a formal declaration of war between Russia and Ukraine.

It would also cement Russian popular support for the war against Ukraine. The main culprits in this scenario could be exiled Russian groups as RDK, working with support from the Ukrainian authorities.

March 23, 2024 Russians With Attitude: RWA NEWS: Terror in Moscow. What happened and who is responsible.

If it's a jihadist/ISIS attack the consequences will mainly lead to a stricter security within Russia, but even a jihadist attack might have Western or Ukrainian connections since US funded Islamists during the second Chechen war and many Chechen Islamists have been fighting on the Ukrainian side during the war.

In that case we're back to scenario 2 with Russian response mainly towards Ukraine.
