LEGAL VICTORY IN ITALY OPENS WAY FOR BANNON'S 'GLADIATOR ACADEMY'

The most amazing news hit the airwaves this morning. Ben Harnwell, Steve Bannon's International Correspondent and Director of the Dignitatis Humanae Institute (website)| in Rome, has won court proceedings that concluded today with a not guilty verdict. Ben Harnwell said he was "delighted to be fully exonerated" by the Italian Criminal Court.

In 2018 the former Trump White House Chief Strategist, Steve Bannon, announced plans to establish a 'gladiator school" for aspiring right-wing politicians in the Trisulti Charterhouse, a former Carthusian monastery owned by the Cistercian Order. It is located on the slopes of Monte Rotonaria, a peak of the Monti Ernici. It was consecrated in 1211 and became a national monument in 1873. (More

The Dignitatis Humanae Institute (link), founded by the British national, Benjamin Harnwell was evicted from the Charterhouse by the Italian Government after they alleged that rent was not paid and Harnwell had obtained the lease fraudulently. So today an Italian court ruled that the lease had been obtained correctly and all funds had been paid. The end of yet another political trial.

There's a very powerful Leftist lobby in Italy that is vehemently opposed to the idea of a school being run by Steve Bannon to defend the West’s Judeo-Christian heritage, taking place on the Italian peninsula. As in so many countries today, the Left dominates Italy, with its henchmen strategically placed throughout the civil service and the press — and according to many, also the judiciary. Well, we all know now how this works.

The motivation behind the establishment of the Dignitatis Humanae Institute came about when Italian politician Rocco Buttiglione was vetoed for the position of the European Commission's VP and Commissioner for Justice, Freedom, and Security.

Buttiglione, who was nominated to the European Commission by then-Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi, had described homosexuality as a sin and said the principal role of women was to have children. We wrote about the Buttiglione affair at the time in our very first blog, The Lighthouse (here, here and here).

Finer details of the story leading up to the legal proceedings are listed in the wiki of the Dignitatis Humanae Institute. We shall learn shortly in what way this Roman 'gladiator academy' is going to contribute to saving the Judeo-Christian West.

If the activities of Bannon and the War Room the last few years are anything to go by, the academy will be a forceful contributor to saving civilization. Glory to God!
